"Pros: Great Breakfast Nice Room Some staff extremely helpful Cons Only heating working - no cooling possible Noisy Booked room that - Fits 3 People - when I arrived they charged me extra for the 3rd guest - which was a child - false advertisement on booking page, Most staff were very helpful, some extremely sour and not very hospitable. No need to mention names. "

"The pool is not big enough,they have any entertainment or activities to do on site as mentioned. Staff are rude they don’t clean the rooms you have to ask and sometimes they don’t. Very disappointed in the hotel 1 star or less from us. Uk England "

"I book this property for 1 weeks but when I reach my room I saw on the floor dead bug's, after that I try to open refrigerator but can't even open it because they setup very bad, Tv doesn't work, there is no hand soap just shampoo, doesn't have a kettle and water in a room, I pay for 1 person up the 50 $ a per day for this Hotel no idea how people staying in this property, 1 lady working at reception I don't know her name she's very helpful thanks for her, stay away this property not even 1...

"Went on a girls trip with 3 of my friends. The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed playing with the dog (Linda)! She was too sweet. The restaurant food was good 😊. Pool was nice too 👍"

"We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. The staff was always engaging and hospitable. The grounds and walking paths are impeccable. This is definitely a family resort, so if that’s what you are looking for, it’s perfect. "
